"One of our cornerstones has been the ability to innovate and change, and we will continue to face that challenge," says principal Scott Gamble. "Our marketplace will change but we’ve always shown that if a certain market is struggling for whatever reason, we have the ability to shift gears and try something else. I believe we need to keep that ability to change and go with the flow."
