Overview
The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians opened the 340-room Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in April, 2009.
RWDI worked with VOA Architects on the design of the outdoor spaces to help create a comfortable environment for users of this luxury resort. Enhancing the outdoor conditions while designing for low maintenance provides maximum user experience while at the same time reducing the inconvenience and cost of increased maintenance. Using RWDI proprietary wind and sand simulation technology, Virtualwind, in the design of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians’ resort helped create a comfortable outdoor recreational space.
