Design Review / Consultation

RWDI's extensive experience provides clients great value.  Early in the design process, a Design Review provides recommendations to anticipate and avoid potential problems.  For existing facilities, a Design Review is a cost effective way to address snow infiltration.

Detailed Assessment / Consultation

Based on the conditions of the site, the most cost effective tool between Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Water Flume is selected.  Each can assess snow infiltration and can also be used to develop control measures such as landscaping, canopies and wind screens.

If required, scale models are tested in wind tunnels to determine wind velocity patterns.
