The Best Time for a Design Review

The best time to receive a design review is early in the conceptual design or master planning process as development is directed to avoid future development costs.

The Design Review Process

In a Design Review, a Specialist will review preliminary or conceptual drawings and, if applicable, will inspect the site.  Preliminary calculations (refined through RWDI's extensive database of past studies) can also be performed.  Feedback is immediate to assist development.

RWDI’s extensive experience studying microclimate issues, combined with access to weather data, will be put to work reviewing your preliminary or conceptual drawings.  This time and cost efficient review process produces qualitative information in the form of guidelines and comments specific to the design.  By having us get involved early, you can avoid major problems later.
